Information for Participants and Presenters
1. How to Visit
・You are asked to cover your own transportation costs (ex. round-trip air ticket and transportation in Japan).
・We are afraid that we do not offer transportation service between the airport and the hotel. Therefore you are asked to come and go to the Hotel and the Airport by yourself. Please refer to additional transportation information.
・You are recommended to exchange money at the airport because there is no exchange service in the hotel.

In Group Discussion, participants discuss by small discussion groups.
(Language is chosen by each group. Please inform your usable language on
entry;

3. Document Data
Please prepare the overview of your approach and agenda about "The
Partnership between University and School on Teacher Education" on
entry, in English(about 250 words) and your native language(Japanese: about
800 characters, Korean: about 400 characters, Chinese: about 400 characters).
4. How to attend
Firstly, please complete the Preliminary Registration Card and send the
completed form to us by postal or electronic mail through the International
Section of your University, by Friday, June 29.
After the Preliminary Registration, please send the Application form from
the registration page until September 14(Fri.), 2012.
